2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
2.1 Custom Products
- All products are custom-made to order
- Production begins after order confirmation and payment
- Standard lead time is 3 weeks from order confirmation
- Rush orders available for additional $50 fee

2.2 Order Requirements
- Minimum order quantity: 5 pieces per item for custom hats, printed shirts, and hoodies
- Digital samples provided for approval before production
- Customer responsible for confirming design accuracy

3. PRICING AND PAYMENTS
3.1 Bulk Order Discounts
- Orders $450+: 5% discount
- Orders $900+: 10% discount
- Orders $1,500+: 12% discount
- Orders $3,500+: 15% discount

3.2 Pricing
- All prices listed in USD
- Prices subject to change without notice
- Custom outerwear pricing starts at $85 for Carhartt items
- Custom patches start at $250
- Custom stickers start at $3.84

4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
4.1 Cancellations
- Full refund available before production starts
- No refunds once production begins
- Partial refunds for custom option changes or quantity reductions

4.2 Exchanges
- Exchanges require return of original item
- Customer responsible for return shipping costs
- Exchange items subject to original lead time

5. WARRANTY AND QUALITY ASSURANCE
5.1 Quality Claims
- All quality issues must be reported with photo evidence
- Claims reviewed within 48 business hours
- Replacement items provided for verified quality issues
- Company reserves right to request return of defective items

6. SHIPPING

- USPS Priority Mail standard shipping method
- Tracking provided for all orders
- Additional shipping options available at checkout

6.2 International Shipping
- International shipping available
- Customer responsible for duties and taxes
- Shipping via Easyship.com for international orders

- Customer warrants ownership/right to use submitted designs
- Company reserves right to refuse designs that infringe on intellectual property rights
- Company retains rights to production methods and techniques

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Company not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Maximum liability limited to purchase price of product
- Force majeure clause applies for circumstances beyond reasonable control

9. PRIVACY AND DATA
- Customer information collected: name, phone, mailing address, email
- Information used for order fulfillment and communication
- Data protected according to privacy policy
- No information sold to third parties

10. MODIFICATIONS
- Company reserves right to modify terms at any time
- Changes effective upon posting to website
