Fire/EMS Department - Design Change

All requests for modifications to existing designs of Fire Departments, EMS Departments, or Private Ambulance agencies will be charged a flat project fee of $187.50, which includes a non-refundable retainer of $93.75 (50% of the project fee). There is no limit on the number of changes within the existing design scope. If a modification requires a full concept redesign, the project will be recategorized and billed under Fire/EMS Department New Design Policy 2.1.1, with the Design Change retainer applied as a credit. The retainer must be paid before work begins. A card processing fee will be applied to the final invoice total.
