Pros: Great hat, exactly what I ordered. Responsive to inquiries

Cons: this was holiday season, 6 weeks from order date to delivery. 5 weeks is as advertised. If you know this going in, it should not be a deal breaker.

Verdict. Buy one, you wont be disappointed.
